ARC: Connections: Academic Council
The Academic Council represents the volunteer leadership of the AMA Academic Division. The President for 2007-2008 is Pam Scholder Ellen of Georgia State University.
Current Membership - There are twelve current elected members of the Council. The term of the Council runs from July 1 through June 30.
Mission and Objectives - In summary; to lead, encourage, support and recognize the development, dissemination and utilization of marketing knowledge and thought.

Academic Resource Center (ARC)
The ARC is the electronic outlet of the Academic Division, and as such has as it's purpose to be a timely, trusted, useful and enjoyable source of information for the worldwide academic marketing community. There is always a desire for volunteers and contributors to the ARC.
